Our Products

We make real bread from a handful of high quality, natural ingredients: flour, yeast, water and salt.

We use organic flours from Shipton Mill, all of our ingredients are sourced locally from independent producers.

Our doughs are fermented slowly using traditional methods which not only deepens the flavour of the bread but also allows it to be free from unnecessary additives. We believe that baking is a creative art form.

All our pastries are made using plant based butter and are vegan friendly.

We are proud to serve Triple Co Roast Coffee at our bakery shop.
